曼妠(08186)：供股认购不足达27.8% 将受限于补偿安排
曼妠(08186)公布，于 2023年10月19日(星期四)下午四时正，即接纳供股股份并缴付股款的最后时限，该公司共接获18份有关合共约6169.78万股供股股份(相当于供股项下可供认购的供股股份总数的72.2%)的暂定配额通知书项下的有效申请及接纳。供股认购不足的供股股份为约2370.37万股，相当于供股项下可供认购的供股股份总数的27.8%。
于记录日期并无除外股东，故亦无除外股东未售出供股股份。上述2370.37万股未获认购供股股份将受限于补偿安排。根据GEM上市规则第10.31(2)条，公司已委任配售代理，以根据配售协议的条款按尽力基准向独立承配人配售未获认购供股股份，收益拨归获提呈供股股份的股东所有。
