港股异动 | 远东宏信(03360)现涨超4% 拟回购不超10%股份 前三季营收纯利均小幅增长
远东宏信(03360)现涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.17%，报5.74港元，成交额2677.73万港元。
消息面上，远东宏信宣布，董事局决定行使回购股份授权，拟回购不超过于当日公司股本中已发行股份总数10%之股份，即合共4.32亿股股份。公司相信，现时股份之买卖价格并未充分反映公司的内在价值，股份回购反映公司对业务发展的长远信心，提升每股股份的资产净值及盈利回报，符合公司及股东的最佳利益。
此外，远东宏信近日公布，9月止前三季度，集团实现营业收入和归属股东应占溢利小幅按年增长。期内，金融业务整体呈现稳健态势，期末生息资产总额较年初小幅增长，息差较2023年年中稳中略升。不良资产率保持稳定，拨备覆盖持续稳健审慎。
