重庆银行(01963)：2023年无固定期限资本债券发行完毕
重庆银行(01963)发布公告，经国家金融监督管理总局重庆监管局和中国人民银行批准，该行在全国银行间债券市场成功发行2023年无固定期限资本债券。
本期债券于2023年10月18日簿记建档，并于2023年10月20日完成发行。本期债券发行规模为人民币25亿元，前5年票面利率为4.50%，每5年调整一次，在第5年及之后的每个付息日附发行人有条件赎回权。本期债券将在银行间市场清算所股份有限公司完成债券登记和托管。
本期债券的募集资金将依据适用法律和监管部门的批准，用于补充该行其他一级资本。
