中国同辐(01763)拟挂牌出售北方所100%股权
中国同辐(01763)公布，董事会已决议于北交所挂牌转让出售公司持有北京北方生物技术所有限公司(北方所)的100%股权，潜在出售事项的转让底价为约人民币2.6亿元。
公告称，北方所是公司体外诊断业务板块的全资子公司，深耕放射免疫领域近40年，受内外部环境影响，面临巨大的发展机遇和挑战。公司拟为北方所引进战略投资人，通过导入互补优势资源，盘活北方所存量资产，提供产业协同和赋能，未来借助资本手段注入发展活力、谋求北方所更好的转型发展，提升企业形象。
