新耀莱(00970)获施清流提全购要约 10月18日复牌
新耀莱(00970)公布，于2023年9月28日(交易时段后)接获要约人施清流的函件，通知董事会彼有确实意图透过申万宏源作出要约，以收购所有已发行股份及未转换可换股债券(要约人及其一致行动人士已经拥有或将会收购者除外)并注销所有未行使股份期权。每股要约股份现金0.9港元，每份面值为1港元的可换股债券现金0.225港元，注销每份股份期权现金0.01港元。
按照要约人公布，可换股债券要约须待股份要约在所有方面均成为或获宣布为无条件后方可作实，期权要约须待股份要约在所有方面均成为或获宣布为无条件后方可作实。
公司已向联交所申请由2023年10月18日上午九时正起恢复股份买卖。
