国富创新(00290)拟折让约9.09%按“1供3”基准发行供股 最多净筹约4.73亿港元
国富创新(00290)公布，公司建议按“1供3”基准发行最多约47.45亿股供股股份(假设于记录日期或之前公司已发行股本并无变动) ，每股认购价为0.1港元，较2023年10月17日收市价每股0.110港元折让约9.09%。供股以非包销基准进行，且不会向除外股东(如有)提呈。
假设供股获悉数接纳，及假设于记录日期或之前将不会配发或发行新股份，供股净筹最多约4.73亿港元，将主要用于满足集团预期的扩展及相关商机。
另外，董事会建议，将股份于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位由4000股股份更改为4万股股份，自2023年12月22日(星期五)上午九时正起生效。
