中海石油化学(03983)公布，黄虎龙由于已届退休年龄已辞任非执行董事、董事会审核委员会成员、薪酬委员会成员及投资审查委员会成员职务。赵宝顺由于已届退休年龄已辞任非执行董事、董事会审核委员会成员及投资审查委员会成员职务。彼等辞任将于公司股东于公司拟于2023年12月31日或之前举行的股东特别大会上，批准委任新的非执行董事后生效。
另外，董事会建议委任邵丽华及杨东棹为非执行董事。
刘建尧由于其他工作安排，已辞任股东代表监事及公司监事会主席职务，彼之辞任将于股东在股东特别大会上批准委任新监事时生效。监事会建议委任张兵为公司股东代表监事。
