同道猎聘(06100)认购5000万美元的保本固定收益型理财产品
同道猎聘(06100)发布公告，于2023年10月17日，该公司向CGML认购由CGMHI发行、金额为5000万美元的保本固定收益型理财产品。认购事项以集团盈余现金储备拨付资金。公司有意持有该理财产品至到期为止。
董事认为，认购事项为集团提供较商业银行一般所提供定期存款更高的回报;认购事项以集团盈余现金储备拨付资金，因此不会影响集团的营运资金状况或营运;及低风险的适当理财有利于集团加强资本利用及增加闲置资金收入。
