美瑞健康国际(02327)拟以3610.18万元向苏州宇润置业收购宇业天逸商业广场一系列物业
美瑞健康国际(02327)发布公告，于2023年10月17日(交易时段后)，公司与卖方苏州宇润置业有限公司订立协议，据此，公司同意向卖方收购该等物业，总代价为人民币3610.18万元。
据悉，该等物业指宇业天逸商业广场一系列单位，总面积为4967平方米。
公告称，集团主要从事住宅及商业地产业务。董事会的目的是将该等物业用于投资目的及产生租金收入。考虑到该等物业的优越位置，集团认为该收购有潜力优化集团的收入基础和资产结构。集团亦认为此次收购将提供了更好的现金流，潜在的资本增值及未来更高的回报。
