保利置业集团(00119)发布公告，该公司一间于中国注册成立的全资附属公司保利置业集团有限公司(上海保利置业)于2023年10月17日成功向合格投资者发行2023年第三期中期票据(2023年第三期中票)。2023年第三期中票发行规模为人民币5亿元，年期为3年，票面利率为3.48%。
发行2023年第三期中票所得款项将用于物业开发项目。
