2008年，由于美联储还有美国监管体系所犯的错误，我们很不幸地再次见证了一场全世界范围的巨大冲击。
2008年A股从6000点的高点，最后一路跌到了2009年初的1800点。这种跌幅在整个金融史上也是不多见的。而对于美国来说，它受到的冲击虽然在当然股票上反映得没有那么剧烈，但是在债务市场上的冲击依然是不可小视。
这场经济危机的背景可以追溯到2000年互联网泡沫的破灭，随后2001-2003年中两年半的时间里，美国持续的经济衰退，导致了美联储降息。降息之后，美又国因为“9·11事件”发起了伊拉克战争，财政支出不可避免地开始扩张。财政支出大幅增加的时候，政府是一定不会允许美联储加息的，哪怕是有通胀的苗头。因此，当时的美国大环境就是······
