中广核电力(01816)发布公告，自2023年10月9日起，时伟奇先生获临时股东大会批准委任为第四届监事会非职工代表监事，并于同日召开的第四届监事会第一次会议上获委任为监事会主席，任期自监事会会议通过之日起生效，至第四届监事会任期届满之日止。
