渤海银行(09668)：欧兆伦担任董事、副董事长的任职资格获核准
渤海银行(09668)发布公告，该行于近日收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于渤海银行欧兆伦任职资格的批复》(金复[2023]299号)。根据有关规定，国家金融监督管理总局已核准欧兆伦担任该行董事、副董事长的任职资格。欧先生自2023年9月26日起担任该行第五届董事会非执行董事、副董事长、董事会发展战略和普惠金融委员会委员、董事会风险管理和绿色金融委员会委员、董事会关联交易控制委员会委员、董事会审计和消费者权益保护委员会委员。冯载麟自同日起不再担任该行第五届董事会非执行董事、副董事长及上述董事会专门委员会职务。
