泰凌医药(01011)拟与环球新常态基金就骨科领域相关产品项目开展合作
泰凌医药(01011)发布公告，为表明双方合作意向，于2023年10月9日，公司与环球新常态反通膨有限合伙基金(环球新常态基金)签署了一份不具法律约束力的可能合作谅解备忘录，根据谅解备忘录，公司及环球新常态基金拟就集团在骨科领域相关产品项目的可能性合作，集团在合适的骨科领域产品进行收购时，环球新常态基金将提供最大的可能性支持，使集团的产品线得以丰富，快速扩大在骨科领域的市场占有率，成为行业中领导先锋。为庞大骨科领域市场作好准备。
鉴于集团经过一轮的重组转型，借此契机寻找更新的利润突破点，集团将全力转型专注骨科医药及保健品领域，打造一个全新的销售平台，为中国有所需要人士，特别是长者及运动人士提供一个更安全，更有效，更方便的产品系列和配送服务。集团跟据过往数年在骨科医药产品销售的亮丽业绩表现，并对骨科医药产品市场有着深度的了解，董事会相信，谅解备忘录为集团发展上述业务提供了支持，在骨科医药产品领域可创更好的未来充满信心。
