金鹰商贸集团(03308)：撤销股份的上市地位将自10月9日下午四时正起生效
金鹰商贸集团(03308)发布公告，内容有关要约人根据公司法第86条以安排计划方式将公司私有化;法院会议及股东特别大会结果;及大法院批准计划的相关事宜。
截至批准公告日期，计划于2023年10月3日(星期二)(开曼群岛时间)举行的呈请聆讯获大法院批准而未作任何修改。通过注销及剔除计划股份削减本公司股本中的已发行股份数目(股本削减)亦于同日在同一聆讯获大法院确认。
大法院批准计划及确认股本削减的法令的正式文本已于2023年10月6日(星期五)(开曼群岛时间)送交开曼群岛公司注册处处长进行登记。完成登记后，计划文件的说明备忘录中“建议及计划的条件”一节所载的所有条件已获达成。因此，计划已于2023年10月6日(星期五)(开曼群岛时间)生效。
