3D MEDICINES(01244)发布公告，董事会已批准一项计划，以行使公司股东在2023年6月26日举行的公司股东周年大会上授予董事会的回购公司股份的一般授权，以及将在适当时间在公开市场上提议和批准的回购公司股份的相关一般授权。
根据股份回购授权，公司获准回购最多2560.57万股股份，占公司于香港联合交易所有限公司股东周年大会当日已发行股份总数的10%。截至本公告日期，尚未根据股份回购授权回购和注销股份。在进行建议股份回购计划时，董事会将行使股份回购授权，同时根据《联交所主板证券上市规则》的规定维持足够的公众持股量。拟购股份计划的批准期限自本公告之日起不超过十二个月。
