中国生物制药(01177)：采纳总额不超过10亿港元的股份购买计划
中国生物制药(01177)发布公告，该公司董事会于2023年10月3日议决通过一项股份购买计划，据此，公司将视乎市场情况于未来12个月以不超过10亿港元总代价在公开市场上(1)回购公司普通股，及(2)根据公司于2018年1月5日采纳的限制性股份奖励计划，指示负责管理股份奖励计划的受托人购买股份。董事会将不时检讨及全权酌情决定如何分配股份购买额度用于股份回购及奖励股份购买。
该公司董事会留意到近期公司股价较为波动，认为公司价值目前被严重低估，为尽快提振投资者信心及提升股东回报，决定采纳该股份购买计划。
