对印度原油出口大涨15%！俄罗斯未来或提供更大折扣？
Kpler SAS的数据显示，受供应充足和价格折扣的推动，9月份俄罗斯对印度的原油发货量从8月份的七个月低点跃升了15%。
这家数据情报公司称，上个月从俄罗斯运往印度的原油量为178万桶/日。Kpler首席原油分析师维克托•卡托纳（Viktor Katona）表示，印度原油进口可能会保持强劲。
他表示，由于俄罗斯禁止柴油出口，该国国内的炼油商将降低炼油规模，这意味着更多的原油将供应给海外，因此从俄罗斯进口原油的“空间很大”。
卡托纳表示，印度目前主要购买乌拉尔原油，因为其价格比布伦特原油低约4美元/桶，因此比来自中东的长期供应更具吸引力。他认为，随着俄罗斯原油供应量的增加，出口商未来可能会提供更大的折扣。
9月份，印度从第二大石油供应国伊拉克的进口量较上月增长9.4%，至每天93.4万桶，而从第三大石油供应国沙特的进口量下降41%，至每天49.1万桶。
