满贯集团(03390)：完成出售Combo Win Asia Limited 51%股权
满贯集团(03390)发布公告，有关出售Combo Win Asia Limited 51%股权，公司已获得Tycoon Empire Investment Limited(持有4.48亿股股份，占公司已发行股本约56.01%)于买卖协议日期及于书面批准日期2023年9月25日的书面批准，及买卖协议项下所有其他先决条件亦已获达成及完成于2023年9月30日发生。
完成后，目标公司现由买方拥有51%及集团拥有49%，及目标集团的各成员公司将不再为公司的附属公司及彼等的财务业绩将不再综合入账至集团财务报表。
