港股异动 | 贝壳-W(02423)回落逾5% 北京链家佣金降费或影响纯利约5个百分点
贝壳-W(02423)早盘回落逾5%。截至发稿，跌4.92%，报39.65港元，成交额1024.77万港元。
消息面上，据媒体报道，北京链家房产经纪服务费率将从目前2.7%调整至2%，收费模式将从买方全额承担调整为买卖双方各承担1%。
中信证券发布报告称，维持贝壳“买入”评级，由于汇率变动，目标价由80港元调整至76港元。静态来看，该行测算北京链家佣金降费可能影响净利润约5个百分点。动态来看，市占率的提升，新房和家居家装业务的发展，都是公司依托能力禀赋足以对冲费率下降的因素，而市场从三季度开始的复苏趋势，则可能使得公司GTV表现明显优于该行此前的预期。
