港股异动 | 旭辉(00884)涨超12%领涨内房股 许家印被采取强制措施 报道称恒大境外债可恢复交易
内房股早盘回暖，截至发稿，旭辉(00884)涨7.14%，报0.3港元；龙光集团(03380)涨5.26%，报0.8港元；世茂集团(00813)涨4.05%，报0.77港元；碧桂园(02007)涨4.55%，报0.92港元。
消息面上，据财联社报道，中国恒大公告，公司接到有关部门通知，执行董事及董事会主席许家印因涉嫌违法犯罪，已被依法采取强制措施。目前外界对恒大关注的焦点之一，集中在其境外债务重组是否能继续推进。恒大境外相关债权人透露，之前参加重组的债均不能交易，但昨日收到通知已经可以恢复交易。
中指院发布报告称，9月，各地加快政策优化，带动市场情绪回升，核心城市市场有所好转，但受政策传导需要时间及网签数据滞后影响，百城销售环比回升幅度有限，同比仍下降约20%。预计四季度全国商品房销售面积同比降幅将有所收窄，全年商品房销售面积或不足13亿平方米。
