亚太资源(01104)：郑铸辉将退任独立非执行董事
亚太资源(01104)发布公告，郑铸辉先生已通知董事会，彼决定于公司即将举行的股东周年大会上轮值退任独立非执行董事且不再膺选连任，以便根据其个人退休计划投入更多时间追求其他兴趣。自股东周年大会结束时退任生效起，郑先生亦将不再担任公司审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的成员。
