长城汽车(02333)开展外汇衍生品交易业务
长城汽车(02333)发布公告，2023年9月26日，该公司召开第八届董事会第五次会议和第八届监事会第四次会议，审议通过《关于开展外汇衍生品交易业务的议案》。该公司及子公司(集团)外汇衍生品业务交易均以正常生产经营日常贸易项下及资本项下需求为基础，以具体经营业务为依托，不进行以投机为目的的外汇交易，不进行超出经营实际需要的复杂外汇衍生品交易，聚焦主业，以“保值”而非“增值”为核心，尽可能降低汇率波动对主营业务以及集团财务的负面影响。
集团使用自有资金开展外汇衍生品交易业务，自董事会审议通过之日起未来十二个月内，期间任一交易日持有的最高合约价值不超过人民币195亿元或等值其他货币(约占公司最近一期经审计净资产的29.90%)的外汇衍生品交易业务。
