汇力资源(01303)完成收购Margaux Investment全部股权
汇力资源(01303)发布公告，买卖协议项下所有先决条件已达成，且收购事项已根据买卖协议的条款及条件于2023年9月22日完成。于完成后，公司间接拥有目标公司的100%股权，且目标公司已成为公司间接全资附属公司。因此，目标集团的财务资料将于集团的财务报表中综合入账。
根据买卖协议，公司按发行价每股代价股份约0.25港元配发及发行1.67亿股代价股份予卖方，借以结付代价4184.7万港元，占公司经配发及发行代价股份扩大的已发行股本约9.37%。
