慧居科技(02481)附属与包头项目特许经营权授予人订立了特许经营协议
慧居科技(02481)发布公告，公司通过公开招标竞得在内蒙古自治区包头市提供供热服务的特许经营权。于2023年9月19日，公司间接全资附属公司包头慧居与包头项目特许经营权授予人订立了特许经营协议，据此，特许经营权授予人同意授予包头慧居于特许经营期在特许经营面积为企业提供供热(气)的独家特许经营权，以满足其工业蒸汽需求。包头项目将采用BOT模式，根据该模式，于特许经营协议期限届满后，倘特许经营权未获重续，包头慧居拥有、在用及当时在建的所有供热(气)相关资产应移交予特许经营权授予人。
