北京燃气蓝天(06828)公布，于2023年9月6日，该公司(作为借款人)已就总额最高4亿港元等值的非承诺性循环贷款融资与两家银行(作为原贷款人)，其中一家亦作为代理订立融资协议。该融资的到期日为首次提款日后12个月。该融资项下的每笔提款均应于相应的一、二、三或六个月利息期的最后一天或该公司及代理同意的任何其他期限内全额偿还。
