新城市建设发展(00456)拟折让约5%发行3070.2万股以资本化股东贷款
新城市建设发展(00456)发布公告，于2023年9月6日，公司与认购方韩军然先生订立协议，据此，认购方有条件同意认购，而公司有条件同意就资本化全部股东贷款配发及发行3070.2万股新股份，相当于经扩大后公司已发行股本约26.19%。发行价为每股股份0.57港元，较9月6日收市价每股0.60港元折让约5.00%。
于资本化完成后，资本化的所得款项总额将为1750万港元，将用作抵销于完成时的全部股东贷款1750万港元。资本化旨在减轻公司的部分债务及改善公司的财务状况及资产负债水平。
