理解世界大变局之沙特阿拉伯：从资源国到全球投资人，沙特经济转型要依赖于维持价格能源为主营的模式，在产业上页岩油，沙特阿美，到政治上萨拉曼，终究在2016年随着全球大变局的正式拉开序幕，沙特也开始走80年代美国，90年代的日本的路径，用庞大的海外投资形成资本流动来维持人均30000美元的收入和本国购买力。
这种背景下的沙特和埃克森美孚，西方石油等公司一样，也开始进入到削减资本支出，自由现金流增加，增厚股东回报（沙特主权投资），公司用钱投资全球核心资产，海外资产和经常项目同时支撑本国投资和转型，对经常项目的依赖度下降，对全球资本回报依赖度增加......
