建联集团(00385)发盈警，预期中期净亏损不超5000万港元
建联集团(00385)公布，集团预期2023年上半年将取得亏损净额不超过5000万港元(2022年：溢利净额1450万港元)。
公告称，董事会认为本中期期间的亏损主要由于以下因素： 集团建筑分类的亏损主要由于香港特区及澳门特区若干项目产生额外成本，而有关成本未必可从项目中收回;集团楼宇服务分类的亏损主要由于其香港的若干大型项目的进度缓慢以及额外的地盘员工成本及经常开支，导致收入下降逾25%及自项目确认的溢利亦因而减少。此外，该分类的财务支出因利率高企而增加约580万港元;
同时，集团塑胶原料及化工原料产品分类的亏损主要由于需求及产品售价在当前疲弱经济环境下降低，导致销售额下降逾30%及利润率下跌;及香港特区政府发放的防疫补贴减少，其中于本中期期间收取最后一期补贴为90万港元，而上一中期期间则为1810万港元。
尽管如此，集团整体财务状况仍然稳健。
