FX168财经报社（香港）讯 加拿大帝国商业银行（CIBC）周三(2月19日)发布的报告提出了该机构对于联邦公开市场委员会（FOMC）一月份会议纪要的反馈。报告内容简明扼要。
“会议纪要反映出了政策制定者对他们目前袖手旁观的状态感到很满意。官方对消费拉动经济增长充满信心，同时一些官员相信劳动力市场虽然低于充分就业，但也可以预见到未来有更大的增长空间。风险平衡的前景被认为是很美好的，但是这次会议是在冠状病毒流行之前召开的，所以接下来的会议应该不会再有这么好的氛围了。他们认为通货膨胀将回到目标轨道——至于自从2019年初开始的一系列异常疲软的经济指标，早已不被列入考虑范围之内。” CIBC指出。
“会议公告也包括了更进一步的细节，如公开市场回购操作会至少在4月份继续进行；会议纪要也暗示了正在下滑的购买力将会在第二季度企稳回升，”CIBC补充道。
