📍 黄金（XAU/USD）： 昨日纽约尾盘 2.12% 的跌幅几乎抹平了上周的涨幅，现报 4737 附近。地缘风险溢价被挤压，叠加沃什（Kevin Warsh）在听证会上的鹰派言论，黄金多头的“心理防线”4750 已经变成了强阻力。如果 4668 守不住，下方空间可能直指 4600 区间。
📍 外汇市场：
美元指数回血动力很足。
EUR/USD** 跌破 1.1728，欧洲的压力正在传导。
USD/CNY** 报 6.8594。
避险资产如瑞郎（CHF）也在走软，资金明显在回流美元资产。
💡 我的看法：
市场正从“恐慌驱动”转向“利率驱动”。黄金短期内大概率进入震荡下行区间。大家此时切忌盲目摸底，先看 4750 能否有效站稳。
