市场预计日本央行最早或在本周二加息，或引起较大波澜。与此同时，美国利率处于高位，即将迎来降息周期，本周即将公布美联储利率决议，虽然市场预计本次按兵不动，并且预计今年7月降息概率较大，聚焦本周利率决议带来的波幅和机会。
1、黄金策略
从4H周期形态上看，目前仍然处于旗形形态中，关注旗形上轨2168-2170一线阻力位，突破则看新一轮上涨趋势来临。
2、白银策略
从4H周期来看，MA21和MA60持续保持多头排序，多头动能保持不变，尽管MACD动能有出现顶背离现象，但是均线多头排序不变的情况下。
