英镑，昨日最高是1.274，最低是1.268，继续震荡回落60低点，形态依旧是偏震荡，不易追高和追空，日内上方关注1.275，下方关注1.265，最好是做震荡。
黄金，昨日最低是2009，最高是2025，小时级别宽幅震荡偏上行，大方向偏空，昨晚受阻于2025，日内分水岭2025，2025下方偏空 2015 2005，2025上方偏涨 2035 2040，亚盘若保持在2025下方，欧盘还是看空防守2026即可。
