利率下调点火，巴西股市升至历史新高
巴西股指Bovespa 周一上涨0.68%，收于 13,1084 点，抹去了前一交易日的跌幅，创下历史新高。涨势得益于原油价格上涨和巴西央行最新《焦点公报》经济调查预测的支撑。
穿越也门红海附近的油轮屡次遭到攻击，导致航运改道非洲好望角绕过苏伊士运河，带动国际油价飙涨3%以上。
受惠于油价弹升，巴西国营石油巨头巴西国家石油公司(Petrobras)周一成为指数表现最好的公司之一，股价上涨1.2%。铁矿砂生产商淡水河谷 (Vale) 也因铁矿石价格持续接近一年半以来的高点而上涨 1.6%。
小型消费品制造商 Alpargatas 周一股价涨幅最大，达 6.3%，零售商 Casas Bahia 跌幅最大，下跌 6.9%。最新的焦点公报显示，巴西通膨预期小幅下调，GDP成长预期稳定，强化了央行将继续下调基准利率以刺激经济成长的预期。
分析师指出，投资人对巴西经济复苏持乐观态度，拉抬股市创历史新高。然而，持续的国内政治不确定性和潜在的外部风险（例如中美贸易战的影响）可能会导致未来市场波动。
