英镑，昨日最低是1.261，最高是1.280，涨幅180点，两个交易日从低位1.250~1.280 拉涨300点，日内不追高，上方关注1.280，若首次回落50点以上，可轻仓低多。
黄金，昨日最低是2023，最高是2048，突破2040后回落，两个交易日涨幅70美金，短线可能偏向震荡调整，日内上方阻力2050，下方支撑2025，现价2030附近，若有亚盘2030附近有支撑 可低多，防守2025下方。
