美联储连续两次会议决定按兵不动，不同于前次会议的是，本次FOMC决议不只一次提到，信贷环境收紧可能影响经济活动和通胀，还说金融环境收紧也可能影响。此外鲍威尔表示美联储接近结束加息周期，正在谨慎行事，并考虑是否必须再加息，未考虑降息，被视为鸽派解读。同步观察美债市场反应可发现藉由债市波动体现出，债市聪明资金认为美联储可能已经结束本轮加息(短期美债收益率在鲍威尔讲话期间进一步下行就是体现)。整体而论，考量本轮加息周期可能已经结束，加上巴以冲突仍僵持不下，故黄金以偏多布局为主要思路。
