反转形态模型是指运用柱线图表示价格行情将出现相反变动趋势地一种价格形式。其中有四种类型是较为常见的，头肩形反转、下降三角形（以及上升三角形）反转、双重底反转和双重顶反转。无论是价格趋势从向下转为向上走势，还是由向上转为向下走势，皆为反转形式。反转的形成是因为市场价格不再沿着原本走势发展，而是达到某个突破点时，出现反转。
