首先，要明白盈亏同源，当你认为是机会的时候，同样要面对风险，所以，抓住与没抓住都是正常的，没必要去纠结。
其次，要明白心理调整，把没抓住机会拿出来懊恼，哪有后悔药？所谓的机会也是事后才能看出来是机会。拿没抓住机会出来说事，心理素质也太差了吧？奉劝这些事后说事的人赶紧洗洗退场，不要再做交易了。
我们要做的就是，固定分析方法，不要左右摇摆，固定风险敞口，不要随性而为。固定交易纪律，不要怨天尤人。做到三个固定，三个不要。 #交易圣杯到底存在吗# 就不远了。
