USOIL-Wave 'b' is a irregular and 'c' to 111.7 later 117 ?

Market Commentary:
1. I am looking for b) wave will retest that 116.7 and above as i shown here.
2. But first target is 111.3 and above then you have to trail the stop to 2nd TP.
3. Currently we are in the "C" wave of b) wave and wave "b" is a irregular flat.
4. Once this connecting wave got completed, Looking for short with HIGH as a stop to the target below 85 in 5 waves or in 3 waves.
