黄金短期内出现了比较大的变化，实际利率一度往上抬，但是黄金并不跟随，在美债上冲回落之际，黄金出现了小幅度的上攻，打掉了两个关键止损
标的观察：T10Y T05Y继续回落，其中T10Y已经到了关键的支撑位子，实际利率继续往上抬，金银比回到76（比值与通胀预期背离）名义利率小幅度回落，波动率小幅度上抬
技术图形上，黄金短期回到上行通道内，上方上沿和关键压制位是重合的，D1 和H1重合
策略上：由于D1区间过大，短期内没办法进场，做能采取左侧摸单的方式，控制好仓位，等待关键信号的出现
原油继续新高后，开始在顶部做修正，小周期一度从H3修复到H1在早间H1破位且伴随着D2级别的破位，若行情再继续打高点，则D1和H1级别重合，关键位子就会出现，采取和黄金一样的策略，相对高位控制风险去试仓
