周五非农数据多空参半，在连续性下跌之后形成日线多头吞没加之空头动能放缓，从整体形态上而言多头有望重新开启；由于短压较为接近不确定今日多头会否单边上行或者测试上方压力时回调的力度加之美指整体调整的空间并未到位；故日内黄金白银都以回调做多为主，短空为辅的思路；具体操作为；
黄金（GOLD1000）：首次回调至1779.2附近轻仓尝试做多，如跌至1774.0附近小加多，止损1771.0，目标1790.5-1810.5附近；（策略单）
白银（SILVER1000）：首次回调至22.40附近轻仓尝试做多，止损22.20，目标22.75-23.25附近；（策略单）
备注：日内注意调整的强度
