Nilai tukar rupiah diprediksi menguat pada hari ini yang cenderung digerakkan oleh sentimen dari luar negeri. Mengutip data Bloomberg, mata uang Garuda ditutup melemah tipis 5 poin atau 0,04% ke Rp14.242 per dolar AS. Sementara itu, indeks dolar AS naik 0,049 poin atau 0,05% ke 93,25 pada perdagangan Rabu.
Direktur PT TRFX Garuda Berjangka Ibrahim Assuaibi menyebutkan dolar AS masih sempat melemah tipis sebelum kembali menguat, sehari setelah suasana risk-off yang didominasi oleh ketidakpastian pemecahan masalah Evergrande China.
"Untuk perdagangan hari ini, rupiah kemungkinan dibuka berfluktuatif namun berpeluang ditutup menguat di rentang Rp14.230 - Rp14.290 per dolar AS,” jelas dia dalam riset harian, dikutip Kamis (23/9/2021).
