The master setup for most of chart and its analysis is very much important for a trader.So for this we need indicators RSI , PRICE OSCILLATOR , MOVING AVERAGE.
RSI - SETTINGS 28 PERIOD
PRICE OSCILLATOR - SHORT 18 , LONG 32
MOVING AVERAGE -9
When RSI crosses 50 from down , with a confirmation of candle crossing moving average 9 and price oscillator crossing zero from down. This three confirmation are opportunity for buy trades .
CONDITIONS FOR BUY ENTRY
- RSI SHOULD CROSS 50 FROM DOWN
- PRICE OSCILLATOR SHOULD CROSS ZERO LEVEL FROM DOWN
- A GREEN CANDLE SHOULD CROSS MA9 FROM BELOW.
After this 3 conditions , there is a perfect buy entry trade. We use 3 conformations and we get results. For shorting trades the inverse if this conditions.
