从基本面来看，石油输出国组织(OPEC)及其盟友组成的OPEC 将于今日继续谈判，此前由于阿联酋反对协议的某些方面，OPEC 上周五连续第二天未能就石油产量政策达成协议。从目前来看此次OPEC会议达成协议的可能性仍然存在很大的不确定性，协议若破裂产油国将会根据自身的产油能力提高产量，但随意增产的可能性比较小。另外协议若不能达成，8月将可能不会增产。另一方面，世界卫生组织近日发出警告，目前全球新冠疫情正处于“非常危险”的阶段。德尔塔变异毒株已在至少98个国家和地区出现，并且还在继续变异和进化，而且随着欧洲杯的举行，疫情将有可能形成第三波小高峰，原油需求将有可能面临打压。
