德国法国实施全国性封锁 欧洲再度成为全球疫情“震中”
本周，全球新冠肺炎累计确诊病例数已经突破4500万。仅29日一天，全球新增病例数高达47.9万，其中一半来自欧洲地区。世卫组织专家警告，欧洲已经重新成为全球疫情的“震中”。

法国总统马克龙宣布法国全境自周五起二次封城，预计至少持续至11月底。封城期间学校和工厂将保持开放，但饭店、酒吧等非必要营业场所将关闭。马克龙称法国全国都笼罩在第二波新冠疫情的阴影下，情况毫无疑问比第一波疫情还要严重。
德国宣布从11月2日起实施新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来最严苛的封锁。德国总理默克尔表示，酒吧和餐厅将停止营业，仅允许两家人之间的聚会。默克尔称，德国的新冠肺炎病例正呈现出指数级扩散，目前无法对75%的确诊病例溯源，医院收治能力恐将在未来数周达到上限。
