黄金上周开盘后由1590一线高位回落，最低跌至1547一线企稳反弹，短期走势仍在1540-1600的大区间震荡当中。日线在触及1547一线支撑后快速反弹，上行1575-1578一线压力明显。4小时看金价短期在布林上轨承压，上行压力集中在1575一线。
整体来看，黄金大趋势保持震荡趋势，操作上建议反弹1575-1578区域做空，止损1580，目标看1568-1565-60。日内关注1560-63一线小支撑，首次回踩站稳接多，盈利后及时落袋。
原油上行压力集中在52.2一线，如果50一线失守空头强势，原油可能进一波下跌。四小时布林下轨49.8短期对原油提供小幅支撑，短期压力在51.1-51.3。操作建议反弹51.0-做51.3空，止损51.5，目标50.5-50-49.8，破位继续持有;49关口上方企稳可尝试多单，根据仓位中长线分批布局。
