美元全线承压，兑欧元触及近八周最低水准，兑瑞郎也跌至八周低点，因周中公布的美联储7月货币政策会议记录显示，政策制定者仍倾向反对短期内加息。
美联储会议记录显示，fomc内部多位委员不赞成短期内加息，唯恐未来就业增长步伐放缓。这令原本对美联储今年加息预期升温的投资人颇感失望。而稍早，纽约联储总裁杜德利和亚特兰大联储总裁洛克哈特都暗示，美联储可能会在年底前升息。
美联储年度会议将在杰克逊霍尔举行，美联储主席耶伦将在会议上发表讲话。另外，冰岛央行于周三将公布利率决定。数据方面，美国、英国和德国都有第二季度gdp数据公布，日本则有cpi数据出炉，都值得关注。
