Gold from top to top on average produced 25% with 4 to 6 months cycles from October 2024. Every cycle got steeper than the previous one. Gold's 25% rally from its recent top as of January 29, 2026 targets $7k. However, $7k is my minimum target because I believe, gold is setting up for a parabolic run in the present cycle, which is going to top around late May early June. Gold could run up until $8k. Spot gold has rebounded toward the 5100 level, where overhead resistance is currently in place. Given the resistance above, upside momentum appears limited in the short term. 黄金没突破 5160，这不是意外。连续反弹之后， 5160 区域始终没站上去。我们之前就说过—— 反弹只是反弹，技术压力 + 消息共振，大概率会带来二次调整。哪怕 4400 是阶段底部，也不可能一口气直线拉回。 4330 那个高开高走留下的 20 美金缺口都没回补，结构本身就不干净。昨日冲高回落，5000 破位。多头止损被扫，惯性下探 4880 才企稳反弹。这不是强势，这是去杠杆。今晚通胀数据是关键。非农改善 + 通胀高位，再次降息基本要推到 6 月之后。如果通胀偏利空，黄金加速回落的概率并不小。白银更明显。 85 → 75，跌 10%。一旦再破 60，这一轮跟风多头趋势基本宣告结束。别忘了， 121 跌到 64。没有历史新高的话， 121 的实物可能一辈子难解放。地缘缓和 = 避险退潮。伊朗谈判、俄乌谈判只要释放一点乐观信号，避险资金就会撤退。现在属于什么阶段？调整中的企稳。拳头只有缩回去，再打出去才有力量。中线看涨，短线看调整不变。压力下移到： 4980 – 5050 反弹到这里，就是做空的区域。激进一点， 4980 -5000上方分批布局也可以。多？等下跌 300 – 500 美金以后再说。 #Signal# #FOLLOWMEGuideBook# #FOLLOWMEGuideBook#
