早盘3283我进多了留意3300压力目标看3310-20，周五黄金K线继续承压短周期均线维持震荡偏弱走势，4h走势在连续的低位震荡之后技术形态开始逐步调整完成，重点留意今晚的非农数据。
周五黄金操作策略：
1、黄金3283多目标上看3300破位继续持有看3320-30。
2、反弹3320附近开空，25加仓，目标3306-3285-3250。
