Abrdn投资策略总监Robert Minter表示，随着机构对美国政府不断膨胀的债务日益担忧，他预计金价将继续受到良好支撑。他补充说，在这种环境下，各国央行将继续限制对美元和美国债务的敞口。
他表示：“到了某个时候，债券市场的自卫队将会卷土重来，因为政府支出失控。美国政府债务的利息支出超过了美国国防的支出。除了持有美国国债之外，还有一种选择，那就是持有黄金。通才投资者还没有看到这一点，但他们会在某个时候看到这一点。2400美元是绝对不是黄金的高水位。”
